- 1/4 lb Pilsen
- 1/4 lb Vienna malt
- 1/4 lb Flaked wheat
Extract:
Hops:
- 1 oz Tettnang (3.7% AA) @ 60 mins
- 1/2 oz Tettnang @ 10 mins
- 1/2 oz Tettnang @ 0 mins
Adjuncts/Additions:
- 1 tsp Irish moss @ 15 mins
- 1 oz Coriander, crushed @ 10 mins
- 1/2 oz Bitter orange peel @ 10 mins
- 16 oz Orange blossom honey @ primary fermentation
