- 1/4 lb Flaked rye
- 3/4 lb Pilsen
- 1/4 lb Caramel 10L
Extract:
Hops:
- 1 oz Perle (6.5% AA) @ 60 mins
- 1 oz Amarillo (10.3% AA) @ 30 mins
- 1/2 oz Amarillo @ 10 mins
- 1/2 oz Amarillo @ 0 mins
- 1 oz Amarillo @ secondary fermentation
Adjuncts/Additions:
- 1 tsp Irish moss @ 15 mins
- 1 tsp Lavender @ 30 mins
- 1 tsp Lavender @ 10 mins
- 8 tsp Lavender @ secondary fermentation
Yeast:
- Wyeast 1056 - American Ale
