Fermented in a ‘swamp cooler’ with rotating frozen water bottles to maintain ~60F.
Original gravity = 1.032
Final gravity = 1.018

Clean. Malty, but balanced. We served this at Mike and Cara’s engagement party!
Recipe
Grain:
- 1/2 lb Crystal 60L
- 1/2 lb Munich 10L
- 1/4 lb Vienna malt
- 1/8 lb Chocolate malt
- 1/4 lb 2-Row
Extract:
- 4 lb Sparkling amber DME
- 3 lb Golden light DME
Hops:
- 1 oz Hallertau (4.3% AA) @ 60 mins
- 1/2 oz Hallertau @ 15 mins
- 1/2 oz Hallertau @ 0 mins
Adjuncts/Additions:
- 2 tsp Irish moss @ 15 mins
Yeast:
- Wyeast 2112 - California Lager
