Good coffee aroma and flavor without dominating. Subtle vanilla.

Recipe
Grain:
- 1 lb Caramel 120L
- 1/2 lb Black patent
- 1/2 lb Roasted barley
- 6 oz Chocolate malt
- 12 oz Flaked oats
- 4 oz Flaked barley
Extract:
- 4 lb Dark DME
- 3.3 lb Sparkling amber syrup
Hops:
- 1.5 oz Challenger (6.5% AA) @ 60 mins
- 1/2 oz Fuggles (4.9% AA) @ 15 mins
Adjuncts/Additions:
- 1 tsp Irish moss @ 15 mins
- 7 oz Colombian coffee, cold brewed @ secondary
- 3 vanilla beans, scraped @ secondary
Yeast:
- Wyeast 1469 - West Yorkshire (expired!)
- Wyeast 1318 - London Ale III
