Final gravity = 1.018

It didn’t last very long.
Recipe
Grain:
- 1 lb Vienna
- 1/4 lb Caramel
- 1/8 lb Flaked wheat
- 1/8 lb Flaked rye
Extract:
- 3 lb Pilsen DME
- 2 lb Rye LME
- 1/2 lb Raw cane sugar
Hops:
- 1 oz St Seleia (4.5% AA) @ 60 mins
- 1/2 oz St Seleia @ 20 mins
- 1/2 oz Saaz (2.6% AA) @ 20 mins
- 1/2 oz St Seleia @ 0 mins
- 1/2 oz Saaz @ 0 mins
Adjuncts/Additions:
- 1 tsp Gypsum
- 1/2 oz Bitter orange peel @ 60 mins
- 1 tsp Irish moss @ 20 mins
- 1/2 tsp Yeast nutrient @ 10 mins
Yeast:
