Final gravity = 1.008

Crisp and spicy v2.0 of our rye saison. Won FIRST PLACE!
Recipe
Grain:
- 1 lb Vienna
- 1/4 lb Caramel
- 1/8 lb Flaked wheat
- 1/8 lb Flaked rye
Extract:
- 3 lb Pilsen DME
- 2 lb Rye LME
- 1/2 lb Raw cane sugar
Hops:
- 1 oz Styrian Seleia @ 60 mins
- 1/2 oz Styrian Seleia @ 20 mins
- 1/2 oz Saaz @ 20 mins
- 1/2 oz St Seleia @ 0 mins
- 1/2 oz Saaz @ 0 mins
Adjuncts/Additions:
- 1 tsp Gypsum
- 1/2 oz Bitter orange peel @ 60 mins
- 1 tsp Irish moss @ 20 mins
- 1/2 tsp Yeast nutrient @ 10 mins
Yeast:
- Wyeast 3711 - French Saison
