- 1/4 lb Belgian pils
- 1/4 lb Biscuit malt

- 1.5 oz Styrian Celeia @ 60 mins
- 1/2 oz Styrian Celeia @ 10 mins
- 1 oz Styrian Celeia @ 0 mins
Adjuncts/Additions:
- 1 Tbsp Irish moss @ 10 mins
- 1 tsp Yeast nutrient @ 10 mins
