- 4 oz CaraPils
- 6 oz Honey malt

- 1.5 oz Mosaic @ 80 mins
- 0.5 oz Citra @ 80 mins
- 0.5 oz Citra @ 10 mins
- 0.5 oz Mosaic @ 0 mins
- 0.5 oz Citra @ 0 mins
- 2 oz Azacca @ Dry hop
- 1 oz Citra @ Dry hop
Adjuncts/Additions:
- 1 tsp gypsum
- 1 Tbsp Irish moss @ 10 mins
- 1 tsp Yeast nutrient @ 10 mins
Yeast:
- Wyeast 1272 - American Ale II
