Tasting Notes

Consistent with style and just different enough from the previous iteration to notice. We drank A LOT of this at her birthday party!

Recipe

Grain:

• 1/8 lb Flaked wheat
• 1/4 lb Carapils
• 1/4 lb Biscuit malt

Extract:

• 6 lb Pilsen Light DME

Hops:

• 1.5 oz Liberty @ 60 mins
• 1/2 oz Liberty @ 10 mins
• 1 oz Liberty @ 0 mins

Adjuncts/Additions:

• 1 Tbsp Irish moss @ 10 mins
• 1 tsp Yeast nutrient @ 10 mins

Yeast:

• Wyeast 3522 - Belgian Ardennes
